The windows are always the two outside letters and they start labeling them from port to starboard with "a" being the one closest to the window. A = window on the left, F= window on the right. Here are some reasons why you should ask for A or F.

1. You can rest your head against it while sleeping and not be disturbed by other passengers

2. You can look at all those various shaped clouds

3. You can shoot some amazing above-the-cloud photos

4. Give the land you are leaving behind one last look

5. You have your "own" space and passengers won’t bump into you while they are passing by

6. You can lift your legs up a bit without strange looks of other passengers or cabin crew

7. You can watch something on your tablet/laptop and not worry if anyone is watching at your screen (turn you back against the window)

8. You can rest your head against the window and pretend you are sleeping while a boring passenger tries to start a conversation with you (and you can still look out the window, at least with one eye)
